TASTING NOTES

This wine expresses Black Queen’s true uniqueness in a new light.  The intrigue starts with forest berry,  floral, violet, spice and pepper aromas.  As it opens up, layers of raspberry, red cherry, cassis, clove and citrus emerge.  On the palate, we taste blood orange, nectarine, grapefruit, followed by cherry and rose.  Red forest berry flavors persisted in the finish and are elegantly nuanced with a soft tannin and crisp acidity, embellished in a delicate pink golden mousse.

On its own, this Rosé Brut holds its distinctive presence whose subtle nuances need time to evolve and be appreciated. This will be a perfect companion to seafood tartare, tapenade, bouillabaisse, duck confit or Dongpo pork belly stew.
