Tasting Notes

This wine in a delicate mousse expresses Golden Muscat’s fruity contour in a refreshing perspective. The extended ripening of berries granted an increased intensity to its rich tropical fruit character.  Distinct aromas start with pear, peach, honey, and creamy hints of chestnut and vanilla. Coconut, grilled pistachio and distinct citrus tones bring further delight on the palate. The overall experience is fresh and balanced.

While excellent by itself, this wine would complement well any kind of cuisine for any occasion. Great pairings would be cheese based savoy fondue, roasted pigeon, Peking duck.
